Introducing our team of experts

Acorn’s Health and Safety Manager, John Crockett has more than 45 years’ experience in the health and safety industry and works alongside some our biggest clients.

He’s an Incorporated Member of the Association for Project Safety, (IMaPS) and Specialist Member of International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (SIIRSM), where he’s designated as a Registered Safety Practitioner (RSP).

Adam Midson is Acorn Safety Service’s Legionella and Fire Consultant, who joined the team last year.

Adam is responsible for leading on and developing our dedicated legionella service, which helps to protect businesses from the dangerous effects of legionella bacteria. He is also a qualified fire consultant and regularly supports businesses, charities and other organisations with their health and safety needs.

Zeynep Guzelkasap is Acorn Safety Service’s Business Manager, who joined the team this year.

Zeynep has been in the construction industry for over a decade. She has a Construction Management Honours Degree, Level 5 CIPD Human Resources, Level 4 WAMITAB qualification for managing transfer of hazardous waste, HNC in building studies along with her P401 (Asbestos lab analysis) and P402 (Asbestos building surveying).

She is a Member of International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (MIIRSM) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Waste Management (AssocMCIWM).

Backed up by a team of fully-trained health and safety professionals, John, Zeynep and Adam can advise you on the steps you need to take now to ensure you stay on top of your health and safety obligations both now and in the future.
