Acorn Safety Services shortlisted for top award

SME Beds Business Award 2020

A few days ago, we had a lovely surprise. We received an email telling us we had been nominated for the Best Customer Service award at the SME Northamptonshire Business Awards 2021.

The next stage of the contest is a public vote and we have been touched by how many clients have already been in contact with us to tell us they have voted for us. Anyone who still wants to vote for us can do so by clicking here and selecting Acorn Safety Services from the drop-down menu under the Best Customer Service – Public Vote heading. All you need to do is provide your email address – the whole process takes just a matter of seconds.

Being nominated for this award means a lot to us and to our wider team. We are proud to remain one of the few fully independent health, safety and CDM consultancies because it means we have access to the whole of the market and as a result can deliver truly impartial advice. As a result, our clients can rest assured that we will always work on strategies and solutions that are in the best interests of their business.

In addition, our management team brings 60 years of experience to the table and we are a highly accredited company. We are an approved SafeContractor, a CHAS accredited contractor, a Constructiononline Gold Member and are the proud holders of a SMAS Worksafe certificate. All our technical personnel also hold suitable CSCS qualifications.

We’ve worked hard to gain these accreditations, qualifications and professional memberships because they reassure our clients about the quality, standards and expertise of our company. For us reassurance is the bottom line. We want our clients to feel reassured when they come to us that they are getting health and safety services that meet the very highest standards. We want them to feel reassured that they can let go of all their worries about health and safety issues because we will take them off their shoulders. We want them to feel reassured that they no longer have to deal with the headache of health and safety red tape because we will make sure everything is in hand for them. We want them to feel reassured that – with our help – they are doing everything they can to protect their employees and visitors from injury and their business from health and safety prosecutions.

The reason we have been nominated for this latest award is that we put our clients’ needs at the heart of everything we do. We are proud to work with a wide variety of small businesses and leading construction firms to help with asbestos management, CDM and their compliance with health and safety matters. Whether we are working on small or large projects our clients are guaranteed to receive a personal service, dedicated support and access to a professional health and safety consultancy partner for the duration of their needs.

We are so dedicated to making sure that businesses don’t fall foul of the law we even offer a free service to help organisations make sure they are complying with health and safety regulations. Firms are welcome to contact us to book a free 30-minute health and safety review surgery with our leading health and safety expert John Crockett. During the video call they are given the chance to discuss and diagnose any current health and safety compliance issues and will be taken through our 20-point Health and Safety Compliance Audit which will form the basis of their complimentary compliance report.
