Kyle Glaser
Legionella Manager
My name is Kyle Glaser, and I am the Legionella Manager at Acorn Safety Services. Based within the Acorn team, I support clients across the UK by carrying out Legionella risk assessments and water hygiene surveys across a wide range of property types, including education, commercial, healthcare-adjacent, leisure, and residential settings.
I work closely with the wider Acorn consultancy team to plan and deliver assessments, as well as providing technical support and guidance to clients on the management and control of Legionella risks. My role involves ensuring assessments are completed in line with ACOP L8, HSG 274, HSG 282, HTM 04-01, and current industry guidance, providing clients with clear, practical recommendations they can act on with confidence.

Operations Director
I am the Operations Manager overseeing sales and operations for our health and safety, fire and legionella departments along with our other services. I will be one of the first people you speak to when you contact us.
I also am involved in business development and HR for Acorn.
Neil Munro
Director
I work in a dual role focused primarily on growing and leading the business from our Northampton office base. My focus is on overseeing all sales, marketing and financial activities from Northampton. I assist clients with high-level asbestos management strategies and training.
Together with Ian Stone I host our weekly podcast – Asbestos Knowledge Empire and I’m Co-author of Asbestos The Dark Arts and Fear and Loathing of Health and Safety.

Director
I am based out of our Northampton office but regularly travel to meet with new and existing clients. I have assisted thousands of clients over the years on varying sized projects, several have been schemes totalling over one million pound spend purely on asbestos.
Together with Neil Munro I host our weekly podcast – Asbestos Knowledge Empire and I am Co-author of Asbestos The Dark Arts and Fear and Loathing of Health and Safety.
Paul Knights
Director
I work in a dual role focused on supporting the business from our Northampton office. My focus is main client account management, UKAS accreditation and compliance from Northampton.
I oversee the companies Integrated Management System ensuring compliance with our many ISO accreditations and certification.
I look after some of our largest corporate and public sector clients.
